Here is a good start to the year for the real estate sector in Montreal. Sales increased by 13 points compared to January 2017. This is the best month of January in 8 years according to the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB).

However, there are fewer and fewer properties for sale while demand remains strong.
